Ideal location with Pacific Place Shopping Center connected via lifts. The deluxe twin room had air conditioning, a seating area, a refrigerator, and a shower. Breakfast offered fresh pastries and a variety of organic juices. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax after a busy day. Excellent views of green hills from the room added to the experience.

My stay was disappointing due to the outdated facilities. The room felt worn and not very comfortable, with all the towels being damp. Check-in was chaotic, and the reception staff seemed overwhelmed, making it an unwelcoming experience.

Just an optimal selection for a brief sojourn in Hong Kong with good value considering price it charged. The bed was comfy, and the toilet had double sinks and a shower, which I appreciated. For the best harbor views, aim for rooms on the 55th floor or higher.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Deluxe King Room with Harbor View. The views were breathtaking and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection. For families, this hotel is conveniently located near shops and easy transport options, making it a great base for exploration!

The views from the room were stunning, and the Executive Lounge offered fantastic amenities, making our stay lovely.

I was blown away by the fine harbor view from my room! It, just sitting back with a beer and soaking it all in. Plus, the breakfast buffet was so good, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from.

It wasn't cheap, but I’d say it was still acceptable for what I got.

The location is superb, with easy access to shops and the MTR. The room is spacious and has a fantastic view, but the pool was closed during my visit, which was disappointing. Service is generally attentive, though check-in could have been smoother.
